Herschel Supply online gift cards are electronic and are issued by email. Simply type in the gift card code when you check-out on our online store to have the value of the gift card applied to your purchase.
Herschel Supply online gift cards are only redeemable on our online store. They do not expire. If the gift card you purchase is non-functional, Herschel Supply will replace the gift card.
Herschel Supply Gastown gift cards may not be redeemed online and are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the back of the card.
When you make a purchase with a gift card, the gift card balance will be reduced by the amount of the purchase. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid with another payment method accepted by our online store.
When you purchase or receive a gift card, you agree that the gift card will be used in compliance with Herschel Supply’s Terms of Use and all applicable laws, and you acknowledge that the Terms of Use will apply to your purchase and use of the gift card.

However, Herschel Supply retains the right to suspend customer accounts or refuse gift card payments if we suspect that a gift card has been fraudulently obtained or is being using for a fraudulent purpose.

• If you’re returning an item for a refund, a $5 return fee will be deducted from the cost of your refunded total.
